How do I return a payment?

If you need to return a payment received in your Husky account, please contact our support team to request the return.

To process the refund, you will need to provide the details of the payer's account that sent you the payment. The necessary details are:

  • SWIFT Code
  • Bank Name
  • Beneficiary Name
  • Beneficiary Address
  • IBAN/Account Number
  • Bank Address

A fee of $60 (in the transaction currency) will be charged for payment returns due to the SWIFT transfer method. The processing time is 5 business days after the payment is sent.
