Manual withdrawals continue to work normally for beneficiaries who receive payments through the Husky platform.
How the beneficiary manages withdrawal mode:
- Choice Option: the recipient has full autonomy to switch between automatic withdrawal or manual withdrawal in their Husky profile settings;
- Account Validation: if the beneficiary reports any difficulty withdrawing, they should check that the Brazilian bank account details registered are active and validated in the system;
- Payer Independence: withdrawal settings are managed exclusively by the recipient; once the Payer sends the amount, funds are available according to the preference defined by the beneficiary.
