Your Virtual Banking Account (VBA) is a US dollar receiving account linked exclusively to your company within the new payment arrangement. It works as the gateway for adding funds to your Wallet and making batch payments in Brazil.
How it works in practice:
- Dedicated bank details: your VBA generates its own account and routing numbers for your company.
- Direct funding: you make Wire or ACH transfers from your corporate bank in the US using these details to add funds to your balance in the Payer app.
- Review period: newly created VBAs go through a security review that can take up to 24 business hours. Once approved, the account is fully cleared for funding.
Important: Always copy the account details exactly as displayed in Wallet > Add Balance within the Payer App to avoid discrepancies when sending funds.
