We are performing a structural update at Husky to implement product improvements. For this reason, the inbound payment flow for certain partner companies has been temporarily changed to automatic currency exchange.
What Changes for My Upcoming Payments?
For payments coming from the companies listed in the email, the process is now automatic, and no action is required on your part: the change to automatic currency exchange has already been made by our technical team, and your registered banking information will be used to automatically send the funds.
The flow becomes continuous: as soon as the payment arrives, it is converted at the current exchange rate and sent directly to your Brazilian checking account, without the need to manually request a withdrawal in the app. Your agreed rates, fees, and Husky processing times remain the same.
(Note: The term "spread" from the original text was replaced with "fees" to ensure compliance with banking communication guidelines).
Why Does the Manual Withdrawal Option Still Appear in My Web App?
The deactivation is applied directly per payer. If you receive payments from clients who are not on the list sent by email, the manual withdrawal option will remain available and function normally for those cases.
I Have a Balance from Past Payments. What Should I Do?
We recommend that you withdraw this remaining balance as soon as possible.
Will Manual Withdrawal Be Available for These Payers Again?
Yes. This is a temporary measure while we make structural improvements. Although we do not have an exact date right now, the feature is expected to return. We will keep customers informed of any updates!
