As of November 20, 2025, a new charging model for international receipts will come into effect.
Fee
For payments received above US$ 1,000 (one thousand US dollars), or equivalent in another currency, nothing changes: your account's fee and the rules for applying discount coupons remain the same.
For payments received below US$ 1,000 (one thousand US dollars), or equivalent in another currency, a single fee of US$ 10 (ten US dollars) per conversion will be charged.
Use of Coupons
Coupons received from 11/20/2025 onwards: will be valid only for transfers received above US$ 1,000 (one thousand US dollars), or equivalent in another currency.
Thus, the new rules for using coupons are:
- ZERO FEE Coupons: valid for payments received with a minimum value of US$ 1,000 (one thousand US dollars) and a maximum of US$ 15,000 (fifteen thousand US dollars), or equivalents in another currency.
- 50% OFF fee Coupons: valid for payments received above US$ 1,000 (one thousand US dollars), or equivalents in another currency. The minimum fee must be up to 0.5%.
