You can see your account limit and request an increase directly through the Husky Web App.

How do I increase my limit?
It's pretty easy! We will not request anything more than is necessary.
All you need to do is send some documents that will be analyzed by our team.
We analyze it within 2 business days, and the limit automatically increases for you.
- At the Husky Web App menu, select the account you want to increase the limit
- At the screen "TransferĂȘncias", click on "Aumentar limite" (https://app.husky.io/aumentar)
- Follow the next steps by completing the necessary information and documents
- Now just wait up to 2 business days and you will receive confirmation of the limit increase by email. Before this time limit, if any adjustments to information or documents are necessary, we will contact you by email
Is my sending limit the same as receiving?
No, the limits are counted separately. But when you request to increase the limit, both will be increased.
I increased my account limit, but when withdrawing from Payoneer, I received a warning that it was exceeded. Why?
The Payoneer integration uses a separate limit from other payments you receive or send through Husky. To increase your Payoneer withdrawal limit, contact us through our support channels.
